Lifelong SWFL Local : Being a lifelong SWFL local born and raised in Cape Coral, I know every neighborhood, canal system, school zone, and city assessment — so you can buy with confidence.

Third Generation Realtor: My mom Susan is the Broker and Owner at Florida Future Realty and my Grandparents (who are currently retired) helped families buy and sell here since the mid 90's. I'm backed by over 50+ years of combined family real estate experience.

We'll have our first introduction meeting via a phone call or video chat. This consists of a quick 15-30 minute discussion on your scenario, our area, next steps, and gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have!

Question 2: Do I Need To Be Ready To Buy Now?

No! Although many clients have trips planned and are 60-90 days out, I begin working with just as many who are years out or just exploring. We'll build a custom plan together!

Question 3: Can You Help With Financing / Insurance Questions?

Of course, I have tons of great trusted local partners to connect you with! I also have many great trusted local professionals to help make the closing experience smooth and stress free.

Question 4: I'm out of state, can you help me relocate?

Absolutely. I can help you plan a visit (send info on flights, hotels, and things to do), or we handle virtual tours, inspections, and contracts remotely if you're already familiar with the area.

Question 5: Do I have to pay a fee to work with Brayden/The Milner Team?

Although I do charge a fee for my services, the majority of the time we are able to negotiate that fee to be paid for on your behalf by another party. While still securing you incentives and the best price possible. You will be guided through every step of the negotiation process so there will never be any surprises at closing.
